OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we gladly accept returns within 45 days from delivery. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

1. Call the Customer Center at 1-800-HERB-DOC (437-2362) or email us at customercare@herbdoc.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.

2. Be sure to choose a shipping method where you can track the delivery, as we are not responsible for lost items during returns. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

HOW WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

After receiving your return, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Depending on the financial institution, the funds can take a few days to post.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, use the cancellation or return request option on your order status page. If your order has not yet been processed, you may submit a cancellation request. If it has already shipped or been delivered, you may submit a return request.

Valid withdrawal refunds will be issued within 14 days of the request and will include the amount paid for the products and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for expedited or upgraded shipping is non-refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or you provide proof that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and products must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request.
