Receiving Your Order

Upon receipt of your order, your products will ship within 1 to 3 business days; arriving: West Coast 2 to 4 business days, East Coast 4 to 7 business days.

Rush Orders

If your order is placed BEFORE 2:00pm (PT), it will ship that same day via FedEx for next business day delivery. If your order is placed after 2:00pm (PT), it will ship the following day. Please note, any NEXT-DAY order placed on a Friday BEFORE 2:00pm (PT) will arrive the next business day (Monday), and if placed AFTER 2:00pm on a Friday, it will ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Returns & Exchanges

What's the Return Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept the return. Please call Customer Service for a return authorization at 1-866-305-9233.

How will my return be processed?

If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
