The Power of Plants!

This week, Dr. Schulze brings you the “best of” his recent @TheHerbDoc Instagram videos!

In this short video, he discusses two of his most potent ingredients used in his herbal formulas: Psyllium Seeds and Black Walnut Hulls!

Part One: Psyllium is Mucilaginous & Soothing!
In March, I posted a video of Slippery Elm Bark and its mucilaginous power. Now, look at the main ingredient in my HerbalMucil Plus, WOW! Sure, at my company, we do all the tests on our organic herbs, from microscopic to HPLC. However, my most important test is always in the kitchen! Organic Psyllium seeds better do this, because this is what is soothing to the entire lining of your intestinal tract, which is covered with a mucosa membrane. If that membrane is irritated, or worse, missing in spots, well, Psyllium, Slippery Elm, Aloe, etc. (all of the ingredients in my HerbalMucil Plus) will help to soothe it, plus… give you an AMAZING poop!

Part Two: Black Walnut Hulls are PURE IODINE!
Because one popular health author (who never harvested them and didn’t know what they were talking about) wrongly stated they were green, everyone now uses the green hull. NOOOOOOOOOOO! Wait until autumn when the green outer shell turns at least spotty brown or even all brown. That’s when the iodine is at its highest level. When I harvest them, my hands are reddish brown for days, and they smell like surgical betadine solution. That’s pure IODINE! This is why I put Black Walnut Hulls in my Anti-I Formula.

See you next week!
