This week, Dr. Schulze shares a quick and easy tip for taking your herbal formulas.
First, he likes to take his formulas first thing in the morning, starting with his SuperFood, SuperMeal and SuperProtein in a big blended smoothie.
Then, after his workout he takes his specific formulas, like Male and Heart (you can add any formulas you like), and he adds them right into a nice fresh organic salad of seasonal fruit.
