Part 1: RELAX. In this picture I took of myself yesterday, I’m doing NOTHING, just sitting, having some fruit, and enjoying a nice breeze coming from the ocean. Yes, take one day every week to do nothing. God knew this, why don’t we know this? And I mean NOTHING. Relax, laugh, sing, take a sun and air bath, take a nap, jump in some water, hug the person you LOVE…make LOVE, NO STRESS, No Big Deals, and laugh some more about ourselves and all this serious shit we get ourselves into. This will heal you more than anything and add years maybe even a decade to your life!
Part 2: STOP! Loving yourself is the biggest step in healing!
Part 3: YES, you are what you eat, and you ARE what you THINK TOO!
Part 4: KEEP CALM! Don’t let what the doctors say panic you. They often have the worst bedside manner and don’t realize how badly they freak you out, depress you, and scare the shit out of you with all their disease talk. Instead, calm down, take a deep breath, discover a natural remedy, and start creating powerful health. Remember, doctors, drugs, and surgery is one way, but there are others! Discover them and celebrate the adventure!
Part 5: PICK-ME-UP! This is an amazing morning healer to get your brain working fast and strong. Feeling blah or sick and tired? Use this trick of mine to pick you right back up, and set you straight! After you back on your feet, get some SuperMeal, SuperFood or SuperFood-100, whatever you desire!
