This week, Dr. Schulze answers a customer question on Inflammation!

One of the great things to help reduce bodily inflammation, pain and discomfort are Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids, typically found in foods like chia seeds, flax seeds, and walnuts, which are all found in Dr. Schulze’s SuperMeal powder.

STOP doing what is causing the inflammation, like eating animal flesh, junk food, and high-sugar foods. START with healthy nutrition and look at the positive things you are going to eat and cut out all these negative foods that cause inflammation in the body.

Next, get the bowel working more frequently, because retained poisons and toxins in the bowel cause inflammation. Then, look at boosting your immune system, because your immune system deals with inflammation. And lastly, start detoxing, because that gets all of the old garbage out of you that is causing inflammation as well. These basic steps are Dr. Schulze’s advice for everybody, no matter what they are dealing with.
