Pain Is An Alarm

This week, Dr. Schulze shares his insights for those dealing with any type of pain. From backaches and headaches, to pain in your bones, muscles, and joints—your body is sending you a powerful signal. Are you listening?

Dr. Schulze's bottom line: Before taking pain medications, before chiropractors and acupuncture, and before scheduling back surgery…maybe just try taking a break, listening to your body, easing-up a little so you can see what’s really happening. Stress, negative emotions, fears, fatigue, they all play an important role. In the clinic, with about 80% of his patients, just getting more nutrition IN the body while getting more waste OUT was enough to have pain symptoms vanish.

Stay healthy and see you next week.
