Osteoporosis Solutions

This week, Dr. Schulze answers a question about Osteoporosis related to menopause symptoms.

Dr. Schulze begins by sharing that the problem is that, what medicine calls a “disease”, is really a "survival mechanism". Your body can survive with brittle bones, but your heart needs calcium or it will STOP beating!

If your body (and your heart) is not getting calcium from a good food program and daily exercise, it will quickly STEAL the calcium from your bones to aid your circulatory system. It’s that simple.

Dr. Schulze’s bottom line: The body is a self-repairing mechanism. There is no "magic pill” to fix it. You just have to SUPPORT your body to let it do what it is trying to do!

Watch this quick video for some great tips and solutions to keep your body healthy and strong!

Stay healthy and see you next week.
