In this video, Dr. Schulze puts the focus on simply eating healthier, more nutritious foods than you did last week, last month, and last year. That’s all you have to do.
He goes on to caution everyone about putting names and labels on their food choices, and says instead to simply eat food you love while staying away from food that makes you feel unhealthy. Listen to your body and don’t worry if sometimes you mess up. That’s it!
