Dr. Schulze LOSES 20 POUNDS!
I come from a long genetic line of 300-lb. German ancestors. My metabolism and body want to get fat, and stay fat. When I shot the “backyard gym” portion of this week’s video (about six months ago), I had been working out for quite a while, but maintaining too much fat. So, at that point I started eating less, and intensifying my movement program.
Now, six months later, I am down 20 pounds, I feel much better, and I am still dropping weight. I am eating more raw, nutrient dense foods. I built a new, more expanded outdoor gym, and I will film a video soon to show you my new gym and a lot less belly fat.
Look, I am always working on getting healthier too. Right now I am doing my Detox programs again. All I am asking you to do is to play along with me, for better Quality and Quantity of life. It’s just a game. Have FUN, and I will see you next week.
