IT’S SUMMER! Time to skip the heavy breakfast Skip the FAT Drop the CALORIES and SUGAR And PUMP UP the NUTRITION and FIBER!

I filmed this video last summer in response to hundreds of questions on my BLOG asking me what I eat for breakfast. Well, here we are a year later, summer has just begun, and I am still getting hundreds of questions from people all over the world, asking me what I eat for breakfast.

So, I watched this video again and loved it! And, I realized it is the perfect video for the beginning of summer, and the perfect video answer for any of you asking what I eat for breakfast. And for any of you that have seen it before, WATCH IT AGAIN! It is so packed with healthy information and health gems, more than you could possibly retain by watching it just one time. I had even forgot some of what I said myself!
