Note to readers: A “stent” is simply a medically placed self-expanding tube that is placed in any vessel that is clogged or collapsing. In Dale's case, they were placed in his coronary arteries, the arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle itself. The “heart surgery” he is talking about is most likely a “Coronary Artery Bypass” surgery where clogged, diseased or collapsed coronary arteries are surgically removed from the heart and replaced with veins often taken from the leg.

I HAVE A LOT OF ADVICE FOR YOU!

First, you must understand that this is a very serious condition. I don't want to scare you, I want to motivate you, but you could have a heart attack at any moment due to restricted blood flow to your heart muscle. So you must act immediately. I know you are afraid, and rightly so, so use this fear as a motivational tool to get you onto a new healthy lifestyle, AND STAYING ON IT, RIGHT NOW!

Remember, I always say that you can heal yourself of ANYTHING, just STOP doing what has caused your disease and START doing what will Create Powerful Health. So here goes!

STOP

STOP ALL Animal Foods
Become a Vegan, meaning you eat NO animal foods. This is NOT a “save the whales” thing, it is purely scientific and the reason is very simple. Often the coronary arteries are diseased and blocked because of cholesterol and fat, and the only source of dietary cholesterol and the source of most of the worst saturated fats is animal food and animal by-products such as beef, pork, chicken, fish, dairy products, eggs and milk. You need to STOP eating Cholesterol and Saturated Fat.

Even if this is not the particular substance that is blocking your arteries (but I can guarantee you it is a major contributing factor), all of this fat in your blood makes your blood thicker and thick blood is much more hard for your heart to pump around your body and causes your heart to work much harder, and therefore, raises your blood pressure too.

Since you already said your doctor says one of the reasons you need heart surgery is because your heart can't pump your blood effectively enough. She has probably already put you on blood thinners for this, but better yet is for you to thin your blood by removing the cholesterol from it, by stopping eating ALL cholesterol. Become a VEGAN immediately! This will naturally thin your blood, lower your blood pressure and give your heart muscle a needed rest until it gets stronger. Most important, if you act fast enough, you won't need any more stents or surgeries.

STOP ALL Stimulants and Alcohol
Stop consuming all coffee, tobacco, sodas, chocolate, green tea, high-sugar and sweet foods, and ALL alcohol.

Stimulants adversely affect your heart, and cause tachycardia (speeded-up heart beat), arrhythmia (irregular heart beat) and numerous other heart problems. They also cause contraction of the muscular wall of your coronary arteries, which are already too narrow, and make your condition worse. Sugar and sweets raise your blood sugar, which causes the same thing, and contributes to many arterial and heart problems.

Alcohol may be toxic to your heart, so you need to stop consuming ALL beer, wine, and any alcoholic drinks, (except your herbal tonics, which are very low in alcohol, like ripe fruit.)

STOP ALL Added Salt
Salt causes you to retain water and liquids in your body. This raises your blood pressure, and this is extremely dangerous, since your heart is already not pumping with enough force. It can lead to Congestive Heart Failure and/or give you a heart attack and kill you. So cut out all the table salt and eat only low-salt/sodium foods. In fact, you should stop eating out in restaurants altogether for three to six months, until you are completely better.

STOP Excess Calories
You should immediately go on a restrictive calorie and low-fat food program; I suggest 1,200 calories a day. You will lose weight, which is probably good. Lower body weight makes it easier for your heart to do its job.

START Eating ALL meals at Home
This way you can eliminate fat, salt, sugar, cholesterol, caffeine and all of the foods I told you to avoid. Most important, you can begin your new organic, vegan, low-fat food program. You should also eat at least 3 cloves of raw garlic a day. You can chew them whole or grate them and mix them in salads, drinks or whatever. Garlic lowers your blood pressure. Start using SuperFood Plus immediately. You mentioned that you bought it, and this is a great place to start. Using this will help you lose weight and give you a huge blast of needed nutrition without the fat, sugar and calories.

START an Exercise and Movement Program
Immediately start an aerobic exercise program. If you are out of shape, then just start walking at a comfortable pace for an hour a day, and when you are able, walk faster, and add a few jogging minutes in. Remember to do a five-minute “cool down” (like steady walking at a slower pace than before). Do this 6 days a week.

In addition to this, ride a bicycle and get other types of exercise in. Get some stretching and Hatha Yoga in 3 times a week also.

START Rest and Relaxation
Take a nap every day for 1 hour. This will give your body and heart the rest it needs and reduce your stress. Resting, doing nothing and hopefully sleeping for an hour after lunch will greatly increase your chances of survival and longevity. Stress does everything bad for your heart, so get napping.

Remember, what your medical doctor meant to say is that “most likely you will need heart surgery” IF YOU DON'T CHANGE HOW YOU LIVE, AND IF YOU LIVE THE SAME WAY YOU HAVE BEEN! If you make NO changes, she is absolutely right, YOU WILL NEED SURGERY.

But, if you choose to live a new healthy life, like I am suggesting, YOU WILL NOT NEED HEART SURGERY, and I am the living proof of this my friend. Remember, the medical doctors told me I would be dead 40 YEARS AGO if I didn't have heart surgery, and I didn't, and I am still alive.
